A research done by a university in Taiwan found that women who ate two kiwis an hour before bedtime for one month fall asleep 14 minutes faster =. They had better quality and duration of sleep than those who did not eat Kiwi. The possible explanation for this is that eating a Kiwi may boost levels of serotonin, a sleep-inducing neurotransmitter that makes us fall into deep sleep.
